  Hi I am a 43yr old male who has lived in Galway for 19yrs , I found the staff at the lower levels (nurses & HCA's) to be of an exceptionally high standard of excellent care. I required the services for one full day for a hernia procedure(operation) the system is bogged down from bureaucractic bullshit inflicked by HSE & HIQA ... My only complaint about my operation is on two fronts A. An ignorant physician ( ya the elitist .over paid chap) was increasingly rude to me...dont know him...never met him before...so cant comprehend that. B.
  The person that performed the operation did NOT ask consent before examining my genatalia....very unproffessional. If I was a woman two things would happen a court case....or a complaint via the local newspapers.. True. Thanks for reading so far.. Bye
